What is the right of withdrawal?

If you are a consumer and you buy from coolway.com, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 calendar days, without needing to justify your decision and without any penalty. This right is recognized by European consumer protection regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU) and by Spanish legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

Period for exercising the right of withdrawal

The 14 calendar day period begins to run from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, physically receive the last product of the order.

During these 14 days, you can withdraw from the contract without giving any explanation. It is sufficient for you to communicate it to us unequivocally through the withdrawal button you will find below.

Important: the product may have been unpacked and tested in the same way you would in a physical store, to check its nature and characteristics. If the handling goes beyond that, we may deduct the depreciation of the product's value from the refund.

As soon as we receive your request, we will send you an immediate confirmation by email with the date and time we registered it. Keep this email as proof.

You do not need to fill out any paper forms or call us by phone: the right of withdrawal can be exercised entirely through this online channel.

What happens after you communicate your withdrawal

1. You will receive an automatic email confirmation with the registration of your request.
2. You will have an additional 14 calendar days from the communication of your withdrawal to physically return the product to us.
3. Once the product has been received and it has been verified that it meets the reasonable handling conditions indicated above, we will reimburse you the full amount of your purchase, including the original shipping costs (for the least expensive standard shipping option we offered), within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when we receive the product or from when you prove its shipment to us, whichever occurs first.
4. The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise with us.

Return costs

We inform you, before your purchase and in this policy, that the return costs associated with exercising the right of withdrawal are at your expense:

• Spain: €4.50
• Rest of Europe: €12
• Supplement of €5 for each additional product after the second item in the same order

If we had not correctly informed you of this point, we would not be entitled to charge you these costs, and your withdrawal period would be extended to 12 months.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases, as established in Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007:

• Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
• Products that, due to their nature, cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery (e.g., hosiery or underwear whose seal has been removed).
• Gift cards or vouchers redeemed before use, once activated.

These exceptions will also be indicated on the corresponding product sheet when applicable.

What if more than 14 days have passed?

If more than 14 days have passed since the receipt of your order, the legal right of withdrawal no longer applies, but you can avail yourself of our commercial Returns Policy, which voluntarily offers you an extended period. Check the specific conditions in [Returns Policy].
