1) Shipping
a) Shipping costs
- Spain - Peninsula and Balearic Islands: Shipping costs are free from €45. If your purchase is less than €45, an amount of €3.95 will be applied.
- Spain - Canary Islands: If your order is placed from the Canary Islands, the shipping costs will be €3.95 in all cases.
- Spain – Ceuta and Melilla: Shipping costs are free from €45. If your purchase is less than €45, an amount of €3.95 will be applied.
- Europe - Others: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Estonia, France, the Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland and the United Kingdom: €9.95.
b) How long does it take to get my order?
- Spain - Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 2-5 business days*
- Spain - Canary Islands: up to 8 working days*
- Spain – Ceuta and Melilla: 2-5 business days*
- Europe - Portugal: 4-10 business days*
- Europe – Others: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Estonia, France, the Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland and the United Kingdom: 4-10 business days.
* Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.
* During sales and special promotions, shipments can be extended up to 12 business days.
c) Order Tracking
When your order leaves our warehouses, we send you an email with the shipping company's order tracking number and a link to its website so that you can check the status of your order whenever you want.
2) Returns
You have 30 calendar days after receiving your order to make the return.
Process and conditions to be able to return an item:
To make a return it is essential that you present the order number and return code (we send it to you in the purchase confirmation email).
Items must be in perfect condition. They must not be used.
The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent. If you do not have the original packaging, you must replace it with one of similar measurements and capacity.

The shipping cost is always paid by the customer.
The refund of the money will be made in the same method of payment.
The term for the reimbursement of the return can range between 3 and 12 working days from when we receive your return at our headquarters.
We do not accept exchanges, only returns. In the case of wanting a change, you have to return the item and make a new purchase.
3) Cancellations
a) Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel the order as long as it has not been sent. To do this, contact us as soon as possible. Contact

b) Cancellation policy
- We can cancel your order whenever the product is out of stock or when we detect a problem with the payment or delivery address.
- If your order has been cancelled, it is probably because your size is not available at the time the order is processed.
- If your order (or part of it) is cancelled, we will make the corresponding refund to the same account that you used at the time of purchase. Remember that the refund always depends on your bank. This process may take a few days depending on the communication between banks.
- Another reason for cancellation can be a typographical error (in price, size...) on the web, we will also cancel your order always notifying you of the incident.

- Mastercard and Electron. Payment is made through the 100% secure Servired payment gateway.
- PayPal: You can choose this option as a method of payment, you only have to enter the details of your PayPal account. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create one before completing your order.
