Description

Low-top sneakers made of suede leather. Simple and classic cut with lace-up fastening. The heel piece and the logo contrast both in color and texture. Ruin

The product is great, nice and of good quality but the shopping experience is awful. In this model the sizing is a little tighter and the number that I have always had in the brand is too small for me, even though I already have other models from the brand that fit me perfectly in that size. I have requested a size change (simply changing one for another) which apparently cannot be done, they do not respect the price, they make it like a return and you have to buy them again losing the discount with which I bought them, they also charge you the return shipping costs, and to top it off I made two different orders and when it comes to returning them they require that they go separately or one will not be returned to me therefore I lose double the shipping costs as well…. In short, an absolute ruin 🤦🏻‍♂️

Hello, we can't do anything about the discount, it is for single use, if you later decide to change the size, color or model it will appear as used, and as for making a single shipment we have no problem, but if you do not enter all the models to be returned in the system, they will not be credited to you.
