The product is great, nice and of good quality but the shopping experience is awful. In this model the sizing is a little tighter and the number that I have always had in the brand is too small for me, even though I already have other models from the brand that fit me perfectly in that size. I have requested a size change (simply changing one for another) which apparently cannot be done, they do not respect the price, they make it like a return and you have to buy them again losing the discount with which I bought them, they also charge you the return shipping costs, and to top it off I made two different orders and when it comes to returning them they require that they go separately or one will not be returned to me therefore I lose double the shipping costs as well…. In short, an absolute ruin 🤦🏻♂️
Hello, we can't do anything about the discount, it is for single use, if you later decide to change the size, color or model it will appear as used, and as for making a single shipment we have no problem, but if you do not enter all the models to be returned in the system, they will not be credited to you.
